Understanding my own chart gave me permission I didn't know I was allowed to have. Permission to just be who I am, no performance required. It's how I finally set down the shame I'd been carrying for years, trying to live up to standards that were never even mine.

Breaking my own self-sabotaging patterns cracked open a whole different life, one I never would have found without understanding how my energy is actually built to work.

Then I turned that same lens on my kids. And it changed everything, how I see them, how I support them, how we actually reach each other.
